About Eagle III

The EAGLE III program is owned by County Rescue Services, in partnership with both Bellin and St. Vincent Hospital. County Rescue Services is a 501-C (3) nonprofit organization that has been in operation since 1982 and is not affiliated with Brown County government.  No tax dollars are used for the EAGLE III program.  EAGLE III also provides a community care program to help offset transport costs to those that can prove their need.

EAGLE III utilizes the following transport vehicles:

  • American Eurocopter EC-135 helicopter
  • Super King Air 200 fixed wing aircraft
  • Piper Navajo Chieftain fixed wing aircraft
  • Cessna Citation II jet aircraft
  • Specialized critical care ambulances
  • Our aircraft are operated by Air Methods and Frontline Aviation.  Staffed by highly trained flight nurses, flight paramedics and pilots, EAGLE III provides the highest level of care during transport.
